ORDERING A YEARBOOK
At the request of PTA, Top of Texas has reopened online sales since we are not able to sell yearbooks at school. To order go to https://topoftexasprinting.com/, click on "Order Yearbook", hover over "Order Your Yearbook" and choose "Eagle Ridge Elementary YB" on the drop down menu. You will be able to place a hardcover yearbook order for $45 - note: the deadline for customization such as names on cover and Year in Review has passed.
Also, great news - you can still purchase a Shout Out for your student that will be placed in this year's yearbook. This is a multi-step process. Thanks for understanding and being flexible with this new process.
STEP 1. Order your yearbook at https://topoftexasprinting.com/ (directions above.)
Submit online payment to add a Shout Out. Shout Outs payments MUST be completed online through the PTA PayPal buttons below - PayPal or Debit/Credit Card options are available. Since school is closed, no other payment options are available. Shout Outs cost $10 and must be turned in and paid for by April 8th at MIDNIGHT in order to meet the deadline. If you are paying for multiple students you must complete separate transactions. Keep reading for important details.
Yearbook Shout Out $10 Payment:
Email a high resolution VERTICAL .JPG file photo of your student and the exact message you want included with the photo - please use 35 words (or less) and email email@example.com. You do not need to create an image with the words. The words can be in the body of the email with a picture attached. Please put SHOUT OUT in the SUBJECT and include the DATE you submitted PayPal payment and include your student's FIRST AND LAST NAME and GRADE in the body of the email. If you have a unique email address that isn't associated with your name please include it in your email so we can know you paid. REMINDER - the deadline is APRIL 8th at MIDNIGHT.
